ProLiteracy America Volunteer Tutor Training Certificate of Completion
Certified trainers may provide certificates of completion for volunteer tutors who have completed training. (Please note, receipt of this certificate does not confer national certification for tutors.)

Tutor Training Evaluation Form
This evaluation form may be used
to assess participant reactions to tutors' pre-service training.
Trainers may use the form to submit participant evaluations,
as required for certification or recertification. Use of this
form is recommended, though not required. Programs may also
use this form as a guide for developing their own tutor training
evaluations.
