Download a printable copy of the Trainer Tool Kit Submission Form (PDF). Completed forms should be submitted via mail to:

Resources may include:

  • A publication, which you developed, such as a training script or learning activity.
  • Materials or information, which you recommend, but developed by another individual or agency.
  • A website or web-based resource that you have found particularly helpful for your training.The resource must be suitable for online dissemination.

ProLiteracy America requires that print documents be in MS Word format. ProLiteracy America will review all submissions to determine their suitability in accordance with the scope and standards established for the Trainer Tool Kit.
