Join ProLiteracy's New Book Club

We are excited to announce the ProLiteracy Book Club, a new way for ProLiteracy supporters to engage with authors and each other, while learning about new topics through stimulating books and conversation.

Here’s how it will work:

  1. Sign up to join the Book Club. You’ll receive periodic emails with Book Club news and announcements.
  2. Read the book. A new book will be selected approximately every two months.
  3. Participate with fellow Book Club participants in discussions and Q&A sessions, which will feature authors, literary professionals, and ProLiteracy staff.

Hello, my name is Angelia Fisher. I am an educator and came across your site because of a class that I am currently taking. From the look of the site, this organization is accomplishing great things towards positive global changes. I am a strong proponent of technology because it reaches the millennial generation. How invested in technology is this organization. What other ways is literacy being addressed? Thank you in advance for your time and comments! Respectfully, Angie

Thank you for your interest! ProLiteracy supports an extensive network of adult education instructors, trainers, and volunteers through advocacy, technical assistance, professional development, and other exclusive resources. One way that we combine those resources to specifically support adult educators and learners through technology is with Education Network (Ed Net). Ed Net is a learning platform that has online courses, videos, instructional resources and trainer certification. If you would like more information about the services ProLiteracy offers its national membership to help impact the cause of adult literacy please contact Whittney Reed, Membership Manager, at
