#InfographicFriday: 15 Grammar Goofs

#InfographicFriday is a blog series where we share an interesting infographic related to literacy and education on one Friday every month.

English is hard. English grammar rules and awkward word spellings can be confusing even for a native speaker with multiple post-secondary degrees (speaking from experience). There have been plenty of times when I’ve had to research the difference between “whom” and “who” and the appropriate use for semicolons.

Knowing that English isn’t exactly the easiest language to read and write, the infographic below could be a huge help to English language learners. The infographic, developed by Copyblogger, explains grammar rules that are commonly broken, and details the correct usage of certain words. This might be a handy tool to have around when helping your adult education students practice their writing skills.

Let us know in the comments if you’ll be using the infographic and how.
