ProLiteracy advances adult literacy around the globe through a variety of partnerships.
- Implementing NGO Partners:
We work with in-country grassroots NGOs to provide direct-service literacy programs in communities of the greatest need. These organizations range in size between small, medium, and large. We vet these programs through regular staff site-visits and an intensive due-diligence process.
- Individual, Corporate, and Private Foundations:
We partner with corporations and foundations to integrate literacy and education into various models for international development. We believe international development must contain a literacy component to truly be sustainable. Corporations and foundation partners we’ve worked with include: Pfizer, JPMorgan Chase, Citi Foundation, Coca-Cola Africa, TGR Foundation: A Tiger Woods Charity, Oprah’s Angel Network Foundation, National Endowment for Democracy, the West Foundation, United Methodist Women and many more.
- Strategic Partners/Collaborations:
We are always interested in collaborating with non-literacy organizations who are wish to partner. Some current partners include Worldreader, the Citizen Foundation, and the U.S. State Department office of English Language Learning.
