Working for ProLiteracy

Come join our passionate team to help build a better world through adult literacy. As a leader and national voice in the adult literacy field, we welcome bright, passionate people to join us in our mission. If you’re looking for a place where you can dream big and make an impact, we want to hear from you!

DEI Commitment

ProLiteracy believes every adult has the right to literacy. Being an industry leader, we want to ensure that adults gain the necessary literacy skills with the hopes to give them power to impact major social issues and change the world around them. Education leads to equal opportunities, liberties, and protection under the law. For that, we must stand against bigotry, racism, and hatred. The ProLiteracy Human Resources Department is focused on incorporating DEI principles into processes for recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new staff.
