About This Course
Adult literacy and ESL learners are a diverse group, but, when it comes to literacy instruction, they have much in common. In this course we will examine characteristics shared by adult learners, study key principles that guide instruction, and address life issues that may hinder progress. You will participate in a series of problem-solving scenarios designed to test your understanding and facilitate practical application.
