The goal of the project described here was to expose advanced English language learners (ELLs) to a variety of strategies and tools for learning high frequency and domain-specific vocabulary in order to facilitate recall and retention while contributing to the overall language acquisition process. With self-confidence as a driving factor in developing productive language skills, the correlation between self-confidence and improvement of language skills was also considered.
